Simple ingredients, real meats from some of the best quality swine and cattle are raised – north, in Wisconsin, right in the heart of it all. They are a very small producer who works to make the best quality from the best quality. We carry their Summer Sausage – a shockingly delicious tube that puts any other summer sausage to shame. We’ve cut it up and put it on crackers, or sliced up and pan fried with breakfast, heck we’ve even over-indulged by topping a burger with a couple thin slices. We’ve not had a Summer Sausage this good before – it’s rich and meaty with a keen array of spices.
