Preserved lemons are a great add-on to so many dishes like roasted potatoes, chicken, grains, pasta, marinades & vinaigrette – experiment! Add where you want a vibrant lemon flavor. New pint size jar allows for loads more flavor exploration.
To use, remove from brine & rinse well under cold water. Toss the pulp in soups or stews; finely chop or julienne the yellow rind & rub on chicken or fish: use the brine in a bloody mary, marinade or vinaigrette.
