Bread Pudding Pancake Mix

We are almost embarrassed to admit how easy it is to make these at home…just add milk, eggs and melted butter or vegetable oil to the mix and voila! Bread pudding pancakes! Buying this mix also gives you a good reason to enjoy breakfast in bed or invite friends over for brunch instead of putting your name on long wait lists. (serves 3-4)

Cinnamon sugar butter and vanilla custard sauce are not included but here is the recipe.
