Vadeboncoeur NougatSay hello to a new nougat. Well, not all that new – this type of french nougat can be traced back to the 18th century, but none the less we’re glad to have a revival piece so good. Vadeboncoeur Nougat is a mouthful, but for good reason, you’ll be stuffing the whole bar in without even noticing. Delightfully light, almost nearly fluffy sweet texture coupled with lush and crunchy almonds and pistachios. This isn’t like the “nougat” you’d find in a ‘regular’ American candy bar, just a puffy vessel to carry over sweetened mess – no, Vadeboncoeur has soft honey flavors that pair with the chewy texture perfectly. It’s not overpowering or tooth-shattering hard, it’s the ideal new-meets-old candy bar. Hand-crafted in copper kettles and poured into wooden frames then cut by hand in Vermont, it’s hard to ignore the impressive craftsmanship gone into making this work of foodie art.

Simple, sweet, and oh so good – grab a bar off our counter, before we end up eating them all! Love Vadeboncoeur and wanna tell the world? Leave a message below, it’s always nice to hear from you.
