We love a good flavored marshmallow, so where better to source them than Katherine Anne Confections, based right here in Chicago. They have plenty of amazing flavors but here are our 3 favorites, which we stock in the store:

Lemon Poppyseed: These fluffy lemon marshmallows have layers of crunchy poppyseeds folded in. What a perfect combination!

Mocha: This one is infused with Ipsento coffee and it’s made all the more amazing with the addition of coffee chocolate caramel. You get pillowy marshmallow and gooey caramel in every bite – talk about perfection!

Salted Caramel: Katherine Anne’s bestseller is a beautiful salty sweet combination. The marshmallow is swirled with honey vanilla caramel, then dusted with sea salt and confectioners sugar. This one is a real winner! Imagine how amazing it would be toasted up in a s’more too!!

Being brought up on a farm in Wisconsin means that Katherine knows good, wholesome ingredients and it really shows in her products. You can tell that everything is made with the best ingredients and the utmost care. She’s been making caramels since she was 10 years old – now that’s some experience!
