What is life without cheese? Well that’s how we feel, so we always have a fridge full of different cheeses which are available in the grocery & also as part of our “cheese box” which you can enjoy in the cafe or grab to-go.

Here is what we have on offer right now:

Door County Creamery: Truffle Chevre, Wild Ramp Chevre (very short season), Fresh Herb Chevre and also a Marinated Feta. This goat dairy farm and creamery is located in the beautiful Door County, Wisconsin. We strongly agree with their mission: “love local cheese” and we love that they really care about their goats; they even have their own profiles on their website! Their cheeses are so flavorful, we recommend simply enjoying them on crackers.

Ludwig Creamery: Feather Ridge Alpine Style Hard Cheese, Kickapoo & Vermilion River Blue Triple Cream. Ludwig are based in Fithian, IL, making them the most local of our cheeses. They specialize in European style, raw milk, aged cheeses which will provide a nice texture and flavor contrast on your cheese board.

Beehive Cheese Co.: Big John’s Cajun & Barely Buzzed (espresso/lavender rubbed). This hand rubbed, artisan cheese is made in Northern Utah.  The company is owned by 2 brothers-in-law who gave up their day jobs in software and real estate to give cheese making a try, and boy are we glad they did! The unique flavors make these cheeses a great addition to any appetizer.

Point Reyes: Original Blue Cheese. This award winning cheese comes all the way from a family owned and run farm in Northern California. It works great in salads, on grilled meats and of course on a cheeseboard.

Our cheeses do rotate, so come by and check out what’s available! There’s something for everyone!
