- Comments Off on More Cheese Please!
We’ve expressed our feelings about cheese before – we can’t get enough of it. That’s why we’re always adding new cheeses to the cooler. Check out the latest additions:
Beehive Cheese Co: Teahive with Black Tea & Bergamot. This hand rubbed, artisan cheese is made in Northern Utah. The company is owned by 2 brothers-in-law who gave up their day jobs in software and real estate to give cheese making a try. Tea and cheese make a very unique combination. $5.75
Fayette Creamery: Horseradish Raw Milk Cheddar Cold Pack Cheese. This one is fantastic on a burger since it’ll get all gooey and delicious. We love these soft spreadable cheeses from Wisconsin. $5.95
Carr Valley Cheese: Apple Smoked Cheddar Cheese. This award winning white cheddar is apple smoked then hand rubbed with paprika. Another great Wisconsin find! $4.95
Green Dirt Farm: Rosemary Sheep’s Milk Cheese & Spicy Chili Sheep’s Milk Cheese. These cheeses are fresh lactic style, meaning that they are not aged.. They are soft, bright and lemony with a milky finish. Both flavors would make a great crostini base, or simply serve them as part of a cheese board. $5.95 each
