Our staff are all food lovers and they have daily interaction with the products on our shelves. We asked everyone what they’re enjoying most right now, to give you a glimpse into some of the tastiest products available this season:
Tianna: our Blueberry Raspberry Preserves in oatmeal or on toast (classic!) If you’re feeling fancy, serve it with scones and cream! All our berries come from local farms.
Sean: our Bread & Butter Beets add such great crunch and acidity to a salad or even a burger.
Chris: Bittermilk Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour Mix – super handy for when you want to make a delicious cocktail on the fly. This particular mix was a 2016 Sofi Award winner for Outstanding Cold Beverage. Read more about Bittermilk here.
Hunter: Long Table Windy Point Pancakes are awesome with maple syrup, or with some goat milk yogurt and a little honey. Read more about this local family run company and their unique mixes here.
Tracey: Cardone Garganelli Pasta – usually a fresh pasta and hard to find. It looks and tastes great.
Gino: our Orange Marmalade – use it in tea as a sweetener, or on toast of course!
Eric: Coop Ramp Finishing Sauce is awesome on anything with eggs. Or mix it with greek yogurt/sour cream for a creamy salad dressing. Read more about Coop here.
Katie: Cant get enough of Comparte’s Cereal Bowl. It’s white chocolate studded with cereal and marshmallows and it’s just as delicious as it sounds! Beautiful packaging makes it great for gifting too.
Hillary: our Pickled Green Tomatoes. They’re so good on sandwiches or chopped up on an antipasto plate. You’ll find them on our burger here at the Cafe. We also have this awesome Deviled Eggs recipe.
