While the breezes of spring drag sprouts and buds out from hiding, we were looking for ways to tie winter and summer together with a drink. We’d like to introduce our Melted Maple Soda:

We take a pull of bulleit bourbon, add a splash of half & half, a tablespoon of organic wisconsin maple syrup then top with our house-made carbonated soda for a refreshing drink reminiscent of melted maple ice cream. Finish off winter in tasty style with our newest mixed drink!
