We wanted to take a quick moment and give a shoutout to the folks at Publican Quality Meats and their help in creating a spectacular plate of cured meats for supper.

Starting on the right with the blood morta, a pile of beer our house-made shallot mustard and pickles, a stack of our crostini, PQM’s ‘Nduja, and chicken liver pate.
