At Southport Grocery, we’re pretty big fans of Tate’s. They are basically the only other cookies to grace our shelves; their consistent and always flooring cookies keep us coming back. There is a very good reason for our unwavering love for Tate’s, if you haven’t picked up a bag, you are truly missing out. You’ll be missing out big time if you skip these Ginger Zingers.

Tate's Gluten Free Ginger Zinger

If it weren’t for the giant bright ‘gluten free’ smattered across the front, you’d not think twice about that fact, because sometimes those gluten free baked goods can be flat. But, Tate’s Ginger Zingers are the bees knees. Right as the bag is cracked, the lush gravity of ginger weights on your senses and a maddening drive to shovel these sugary sweet and nearly-spicy ginger cookies right into your mouth. Our tip: place a limit so you don’t down the whole bag in one seating. It’ll be tough. Some other mindful tips on eating your Tate’s: take two and smash between a dark chocolate ice cream for a religious food experience – the bitter chocolate will dance like ginger-induced sugar plum fairies across your tongue. Want to create a super-special cookie crumb base for that beautiful celiac in your life? Tate’s Ginger Zingers make for tasty cheesecake crust. Sure you could just eat them, but they’re pretty fun to play with too.

Grab a bag of great ginger cookies that just about everyone can enjoy – and make sure get them off our shelves before we eat them all! Want to leave us tasty message? Give a love-holler to the Tate’s team? Drop us a line in the comments!
