Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
This masterpiece is bursting with summer berry goodness and it’s even got some some pie crust in there! It’s the real deal! TCHO recommends using this bar to make S’mores. You could always get those marshmallows going over the stove since it’s not nearly warm enough for grilling yet!
Love astronaut ice cream? Then you’re gonna love this one. The dark chocolate is packed with pieces of “floating” mint astronaut ice cream. What a great combination
This is beautifully smooth milk chocolate blended with roasted hazelnuts, hazelnut butter and a dash of sea salt for balance. Talk about melt-in-your-mouth. You’ll find it hard not to eat the whole bar all at once!
TCHO goes beyond fair trade by supporting farmers directly. They work with them to help improve crops and harvesting techniques and equipment. Most cacao farmers have never actually tasted the chocolate that is made using the beans they harvest but TCHO makes sure that farmers get to taste their end product, believing that they can provide the best quality beans once they know the flavor profile that they can create. This is what they call “bringing bean-to-bar back to the farm”and we think it’s a great idea. They’ve been making delicious chocolate since 2005 and are currently based in Berkeley, California.
