When the founder of Herby Pop, Mellini Monique, first reached out to us, we were so taken with the cute name and amazing flavor range that we just had to try her product offering. And boy are we glad we did.

Her organic popcorn is popped to perfection here in Chicago, with a great range of delicious sweet and savory flavors. Right now we have 3 options:

Original Onion & Dill – zesty onion and herby dill make an awesome savory popcorn flavor.

Simply Sea Salt – for those who enjoy their popcorn on the simpler side.

Better than Kettle Crunch – now this one’s a real winner! It’s the perfect blend of sweet and salty, making it a great snack for any time of day! This flavor was a hit with our staff.

All of Herby Pop’s products are GMO free, dairy free, gluten free as well as being free of preservatives and artificial flavors, so everyone can enjoy their amazing crunchy popcorn.
