Isn’t Summer just the best? Gloriously long and sunny days spent enjoying cocktails on the patio. Well, it turned out we had none of that since it rained like crazy the night of Secret Supper, but it didn’t stop anyone having a great night! We still had all the best produce that this season has to offer, along with those great cocktails – we just enjoyed them inside!!

seared barramundi, fingerling potato chips & kale tossed with grilled peaches,toasted pecans, & tabasco vinaigrette
roast pork loin with watermelon mustard glaze & summer succotash
pavlova with macerated stone fruit
We were thrilled this menu featured so much local produce: peaches, fingerling potatoes, kale, corn, watermelon, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, plums & cherries. Yay Summer!
