Amuse bouche: parsnip fritter with smoked maple syrup
Mini bialy with smoked salmon, our spiced cranberry marmalade & fresh horseradish
Roasted sweet potatoes, figs & crumbled goat cheese
Braised short ribs with blue cheese risotto. The short ribs were cooked for 6 hours so came out super tender.
