This was a big one. Literally! We all went home stuffed! We tried to incorporate as many Spring veggies as possible, making the most of the season we’re enjoying right now. Here are some prep photos, followed by the delicious end results.

The menu featured local ramps & lamb, and East Troy Honey’s bee pollen which can be found in our grocery. We’re really looking forward to next month, when there will be lots more great produce in season. It’ll be a good one!
