When Winter finally shows up, or heck even Fall, there are times where we want to be transported back to the days of warm weather, beaches, cookouts and of course – heaps of luscious fruits. Sure, you could trip to Florida or other places that never seem to cool-down like the Midwest, but why not take a flavor vacation to a summer’s dream. A dream of fresh strawberries and rhubarb, of strawberry-lemonade and tasty preserves?

We’ve done the hard work for you already. Packing up the summer’s best flavors, and canning them for use now or when those cold weather days really get to you. Our summer canned goods are also perfect for shipping out to folks who don’t get those warm summers anymore, or to family who miss hand-packed canned goods that are hard to find elsewhere.
