We’ve got a few breeds of marmalade and still felt there was something missing. Maybe something with a touch of bitterness, a hint of spice, or maybe a bit of both? And so it was, our Pink Grapefruit Marmalade with pink peppercorns was born.
It’s double pink all the way across the sky in mellow sweetness and nice grapefruit right out front. Slivers of grapefruit pith make for a beautiful presentation on pork shoulder or whipped into cream cheese. The added lemon plays up the grapefruit features we know and love, and a touch of sugar brings everything into alignment. All of the ingredients are meticulously chosen: direct-sourced fruit, organic cane sugar, and the best pink peppercorns we could lay our hands on. We like it cooked it into shredded beef for tacos, whipped into frosting or just for punching up deviled eggs – it seem no matter what is tossed at our Pink Grapefruit Marmalade it’s in its wheelhouse.
